AMI has been a locally-owned, locally-operated Idaho corporation since 1984. We employ dozens of people, hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and are a member of both the Meridian and Boise Chambers of Commerce.
We provide a unique and special approach to association management by appointing a designated Community Manager as a first point of contact for your association. This Community Manager becomes intimately familiar with your association and all of its inner workings, allowing for a smooth, harmonious relationship between homeowners, governing board, and Management Company.
Your Community Manager is supported by management and administrative staff with over 45 years of experience, ensuring you have all the support you need. Our administrative office is located in Meridian and is open Monday through Thursday. We invest heavily in software development and training in the specialized field of association management so that we have the latest tools to serve your needs.
